Thank you for charing your story with us, Nick. It's interesting how we don't realise how some events affect us, and how they affect some people more than the other. For a long time I perceived my situation as normal and attributed it to my characteristic traits, not realising that there was actually a possibility to change the way I feel. Even though I was a relatively quiet child, I was often too stubborn not to do something due to my anxiety or I just didn't want to disappoint my parents and engaged in activities such as public performing at school events after which I always felt awful.

Thanks again, Nick, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter of your story.
