This was very helpful. I wish I had gained the courage to take some of these steps years ago. It would have made my life so much richer. I feel I always get stuck in the same place because I don&#039;t know the steps which would be most helpful in helping me build my confidence. Any ideas?</description>

I was skeptical and felt like I had already done these thigns in my head, but you were right, it makes me feel so much better just to organize my thoughts and get them all down on paper, and set goals for myself. I feel much better already, and more motivated to change my life, and hopefuly that change will come, than i can ever remember. thank you so much for helping so many people! and im very glad that you have beat your social anxiety. congratulations on that. thanks again.

I&#039;ve been listening to your audio-workshop and now I&#039;m starting with my first goals and steps. It really gives some new hope. Now it&#039;s my turn to stay focussed on those (mini)goals and steps so I can make some progress. It wont be easy because there is a long way to go, but there is a beginning.

Thanks for the comment. I&#039;m glad it served it&#039;s purpose. Although goal setting in the way I teach is helpful for people with social anxiety and I&#039;d encourage people to engage in it, I&#039;ll be getting into the proper details of making progress in my overcoming social anxiety audio program when it&#039;s released. I&#039;ve had some big delays, but things are on course again now and I hope to release it by the end of the year or soon after.
