Hello Nick I do suffer badly from anxiety especially since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia some years ago. I bellieve from what you say that it is social anxiety. I because of how I am in pain a lot and get terrible sweating, have this fear of being in social situations. It is even with my own grandaughter who is full of enthusiasm and I love dearly, but I feel I will let her down and I am embarrassed by the sweating it makes me feel horrible. I so want to enjoy life but I just feel useless fat and I know my family don’t realise this. How do I stop this horrible anxiety and enjoy my family and what can I do to help myself please?
