Challenge Negative Thoughts

In this video I answer a questions put to me about challenging negative thoughts. There is much more to be said about changing negative thinking and I do not want to give the impression that what I say in this video is a complete solution, but hopefully it is a useful part of the puzzle. I hope it also offers a slightly different perspective to that commonly given.
