Anxiety and Exercise
Exercise has a number of really important benefits for someone who is experiencing anxiety or depression. In this video I talk about what those benefits are, what you need to do to gain those benefits and also what is a good approach when introducing exercise into your life. I will be thinking of you all when I am out on my runs and hoping that somewhere out there you are joining me in improving your life.

I agree, exercise is so important in one’s life, and I found especially beneficial working out outside, in nature. Surrounded by the wildlife gives you special energy and helps in relaxation. Unfortunately, being busy with studying and work sometimes makes us forget about the importance of regular exercise, especially if an episode of depression is included, and that’s actually the time when you most need it.
Sometimes, when I’m in my low bottom, but still make my self exercise even though I feel I don’t have enough energy, I become frustrated that I can’t e.g. run normally. Anyone else has similar experience?
Cheers.
